The owners of this beautiful cottage on Lake of Bays, Muskoka asked us to make a two-in-one table; we made them two tables out of the same 14 ft slabs of black walnut, with a 9ft. table for dining that fit snugly into a 5ft. table for their breakfast nook. The tables are lovely on their own and stunning as a 14ft. table for large gatherings. We also made the two matching benches. It was especially exciting delivering the tables to their island cottage on a barge. All in a day’s work in Muskoka!
We created this live edge maple coffee table for a new Muskoka cottage on Bigwin Island. The cottage is lovely with loads of traditional charm. We created the table in collaboration with the client; one side of the table has a beautiful waterfall design with a mitered edge and the other has a steel base.
We delivered the coffee table on a barge, and the whole process went wonderfully; the clients were ecstatic about their new table and how perfectly it works with the classic Muskoka décor.
